Todd Clausen began working with professional athletes in 1994, first with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays organization as the director of strength and condition for the minor league teams. Then, in 1999, Todd served for 7 years as the Major League strength and conditioning coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers. After retiring from the major leagues, Todd founded Inside Edge Baseball Academy in the metro Kansas City area. The academy specializes in player development and builds on Todd's relationships at the MLB and Collegiate ranks to place players with NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA and JUCO programs.

 
Dave Silvestri

Dave Silvestri

Former big-leaguer and SEC Legends Dave Silvestri joins US Nats Midwestern as a team manager. Silvestri is regarded as one of the greatest shortstops ever to play for the Missouri Tigers. He was a first-team all-American in 1987 and ’88. In 1988, he was also a member of the U.S. Olympic team that won the gold medal at the '88 Seoul Summer Games. He was also all-Big Eight and all-District V in 1987-88 and was named to the Big Eight All-Tournament team in 1988. Silvestri appears in the top-10 of 29 all-time statistical categories at Mizzou, and his career batting average of .379 is fourth in school history. He still holds 10 game, season, or career records for the Tigers.

Drafted by the Houston Astros, Silvestri played at the major league level with the New York Yankees, Montreal Expos, Texas Rangers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Los Angeles Angels. After his playing career, Dave was a manager in the Tampa Bay Rays organization and the Los Angeles Dodgers organization.

Noah Briley graduated from Heritage Christian Academy in Olathe, Kansas, where he earned All-Conference and All-State awards while leading the Chargers to 2 state tournament appearances. After high school, Briley continued his baseball career at Neosho County Community College, where he helped the team to the Super Regionals of the NJCCA Division I World Series and top 25 ratings. Briley completed his collegiate career at Baker University before joining Premier Baseball as the lead pitching instructor at The EDGE.
